Not as bad as I originally thought, but definitely not next gen :/

Some decent highlights I threw together though, the last play, an off the board alley oop was ok

That PG dunk actually looked pretty good. The game seemed speed up. When I played, it seemed like the players were in thick mud. The ball as well, as slow as it moved.

                  That highlight seemed semi fluid.

Probably something to do with the frame rate. The game runs in 60 (before the stutters lol) but captures and youtube are locked to 30.

The more I play this, the more positives I see hidden behind all the crap.
The footwork and ball/hand collision is outstanding and if they can fix the camera angle options to let us get much closer, more people will be able to appreciate what you see in these replays.

As far as dribbling? In what way?

In terms of the dribbling animations and ball and hand collision/ball physics looking like no game before (or any other game currently out).

And the control is unmatched in the dribbling. It's taken me a while to learn the moves and modifier button as well, but everything is almost 1:1 as far as responsiveness and doesn't feel like a bunch of canned animations. (dribbling only, most of the other non dribbling animations are horrendous)

I hope that Paul George dunk was posted for comic value only? That is absolutely terrible. He dribbles, the defender is beaten, he goes towards the hoop and the guys at the hoop all run OUT and AWAY from him giving him an open dunk. That is NBA Jam level stuff. It just needed a fire trail as he went up to be pure arcade.

Oh man! I didn't even notice that until you mentioned it. Ruined a nice set of videos as I go back and look at the defenders of the other videos...
