I sort of agree with you. I had hard solid and fair questions.. but at the end of the day it is what it is. It's no different when a politician is asked a hard question by the press and they just pull the 'well, we gotta go'... exit stage left.

    Anywhoo...

    Live is a bad game.

There's an alternative on the market. If you don't like Live.

No one's stopping a 3rd, 4th, or 5th company from making an NBA Game.

EA Sports has not bought the NBA License... yet.

Until then... not much to see here until dude shows up.

so you're saying he's ducking us? lol. probably.

here's the thing. i see people are saying "ask the hard questions."

i would say this. dont waste the interview on asking the same questions we've asked since what? elite..

stop asking those questions where you wont get any answers but you already know the answer.
like why charge 59.99 for a game that he admits isnt up to par. the truth is, any new game that isnt some indie game. is going to run you 59.99 trash or hotness. thats the way it goes. devs have to get paid. it is what it is.

and lets assume he answered every hard question. would that do anything for the game? NO.

the only questions that should be asked are questions or comments that sound something like this "how are you going to FIX X, Y, and Z?"

HOw soon are you going to fix X, Y, and Z?"

Can you allow us to test your fixes and get back to you? can you also put those tweeks into the demo so people who didnt purchase can also hop in the beta testing. lets be honest its a beta. no reason to act like it isnt at this point. so treat it like one. keep the line of communication open. if we see something that isnt right. we'll let you know. we all have the ability to record game play video now PS4 and xbox can do it.

The main reason i say keep the questions to something productive is because we have gone down this path before. we asked the hard questions. most of them they didnt give straight answers for. some they did. and at the end of the day we pretty much knew the answers to the questions we were asking. we were asking them to make sure they knew, that we knew they were trying to pull a fast one. at this point how many years after how many cancellations. trying to make a point is not going to do us any good. now if you dont care if the franchise ever does well again. thats fine. but please dont ask questions if you dont care. cause again what will that do to make the game better?

Who wants to bet that there won't be a patch and there won't be Live 15. That's my guess on why the interview has been postponed.

it does... if you zoom in on replays. lol. the camera angles are horrible. they dont have much of a zoom to them. lets assume they made those trailers off of real game play. they did it via replays.

never had the "get stuck in an animation problem on defense."

not even in the post. two reasons its hard to defend the post. because guys spin baseline a lot in this game. its hard as heck to even see the baseline with these terrible camera angels that are not zoomed in close enough. i had to run a few replays of these bigmen doing their post moves along the baseline. and when i zoomed in. i noticed something. for the most part they are tight roping it. which isnt realistic to every big in the nba. most bigs are not that agile and wont do that. that doesnt mean bigs wont attempt to drop step if you give them a lot of room. but most bigs will not tight rope it along the baseline. they will use a jumphook instead.

but i will say this. watching the cpu defend the cpu in the post. the cpu defenders make darn sure they put their foot on the baseline so the big cant spin on them at all(which is realistic and something your coach will tell you to do if you need to stop the baseline penetration.

when players go up, i can always go up for the block.

Let me add another point if you ever get a chance to speak with him.

let him know there's a glitch when going to the rack and when you hit the shoot button to perform a layup/dunk. then right before you leave your feet(after you've taken your 1, then 2nd step before take off. if you hit the hopstep button. it will allow you to stop on a dime.

the problem with that move is, you can do that in real life. but it will be a travel violation every time. you cant take your two steps after you've picked up your dribble on a fastbreak or penetration. then just stop and dont shoot. thats considered travelling.

We wouldn't look that deep into it. It was a simple request that we agreed to and will be rescheduled early in the new year -

when did they say it was poor quality? they said theyre sorry people are disappointed but never said it was poor.
