When 2k does something like this its not as bad. Because they release yearly. Controls normally change but since we are use to the game, doesn't have a steep learning curve. I only bring up 2k because the shooting is similar to this years release.
You have off balanced/contested/set shots etc but we need to miss a few in the middle of a game to figure out timing.
Been 4 years since last retail release and we have nothing to practice with. How do we learn release points, takeoff areas for layup/dunk, dribbling combos etc.
I personally spend hours in practice mode. With every basketball game to try to learn momentum and timing.
I know they tried putting out a fully featured game but practice mode seems simple. Pick home/away team with empty court with no crowd. Doesn't have to look pretty or special, just let us switch players.
I swear I seen a video with kyrie Irving in a practice type arena. Probably a little to late but I wonder can they patch this stuff in.
