Still don't trust EA. This looks nice and all, but are they really going to be able to nail what's really important?

After what I read about the NFL handcuffing the Madden devs and telling what they couldn't put in the game, I sort of give EA a break nowadays. I'm not sure if the NBA does the same thing although I wouldn't be surprised.

Come on now. Don't make this excuse for them. They simply have not been doing what they need to do to make a good basketball title. If there were some type of restrictions placed by the NBA on their basketball titles, then it makes EA look even worse that 2K managed to figure out how to make a competent title ages ago and they're still failing miserably.

I like that they'll finally be putting next gen graphics in their next gen title. There's still a lot more work to be done, but this is a good baby step to make in that direction.

Gotta see how this translates to in game graphics. Detail is incredible though. Also I hope the presentation of an NBA broadcast is replicated to show off these graphics(extreme closeups and camera cuts like we see on TV).

For all the consistent haters here...you know who you are who think they know everything about this game, what's wrong and how it should be....please take the opportunity to write OG and give your great thoughts to someone who can actually make changes.

While I see where you are coming from I'm sure the NBA doesn't say "EA here are your restrictions: We forbid you to make realistic player models, have true to life animations and simulation gameplay!"

Screens look good though. Definite step in the right direction.

It looks great and seems like it has potential, I'll be back once E3 comes around and hope for some gameplay/features announcement.

I mean I understand that's it's a company and it's sole goal is to make money as any company's is but, I'm saying they can go about that in a way that doesn't flat out lie to the consumers.

If the Live crew wants Live 15 to be taken seriously then they need to start with a solid showing at E3, which needs to be promising. They can no longer play hide and seek games with us or we will know they are not as confident once again. Hopefully Live 15 fulfills all these requirements and we all win in the end having both these companies competing for are hard earned green.

I still think what they leaked to us is what's going to be in the "pre-rendered" commercial, not the actual game you will be playing. Just my thoughts. Again, I'm looking back at Madden 06 and how they got some of you all hyped up for "next gen" with a pre-rendered awesome looking video.

I won't hold my breath on this until we are in the summer and we start seeing hand's on or stories where the media has been invited out to actually see the game itself.. not some super realistic render.

I would pay at least $200 for a great NBA Live game, I hope they have enough time and resources to make something they can be proud of.
