    I have a question...

I'm not sure how to exactly explain it.

Is it possible to change the controls as to where it is camera-relative (not sure if that's the word)?

What I'm trying to say is that in 2K, the controls are different depending on your camera. If you're using a player lock camera, the controls change as you are facing the back of the player. Behind the back is down, crossover is left and right. But in a broadcast cam, a behind the back move is left or right, and a crossover is up or down.

Can you change this in Live? I've had the game for quite a bit but the controls confuse me, and I refuse to use the camera similar to the '2K' camera because I just feel its clumsy..

I hope I made sense. These controls are going to be the death of me.

No, the controls are locked that way. You just need to make some adjustments to the direction of the ballhandler.

Can anyone tell me if you can choose to play as a coach and call plays for this game? I'm debating whether to purchase this of NBA 2K14.

To the OP, no you can't. As an old school live guy I was always a fan of the absolute stick direction instead of camera relative but after a few years of playing 2K, the Camera relative makes more sense to me.

What's even more confusing is I think the defensive controls are camera relative and the dribbling controls are absolute. Fairly inconsistent control ideas in Live 14 and giving the player options to choose whichever they like should be an obvious solution.
