again. don't undertand why these companies think everyone wants to play their career modes.

Yea I must say this way of thinking from these companies has turned me off, I don't know why they thought less user options and features was a good idea.

No editiing options and no sliders = no purchase. It's as simple as that. The Show has editing and sliders. Previous version of 2K had them as well. There is no excuse for not including these in a sports game.

as far as classic teams. strongly doubt we see them. just hope we get the all decade all stars so i can play 10-12 min quarters with the legends. don't really get a good feel for them playing 5 min quarters in ultimate team.

Actually if EA gives us the ability to edit players or expand the number of player CAPS I wouldn't have a problem just creating my own classic rosters.

If they include like 25-40 legends (decade all stars from the 70's 80's and 90's) we can just put them on their respective teams and create all the other players ourselves.

That would be a good fix for me personally in regards to Classic Rosters.

Yeah editing needs be put back. It won't stop me from buying the game with work and school full time I don't even have time to dwell into that stuff heavy. So I guess that's a + for the synergy updates

simply don't understand how a company can take a step back when it comes to this aspect of the game. customization NEEDS to be in live 15 and beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I am beyond dismayed to as why game face isn't on next gen. ea dropped the ball with that decision.

free agency is making me more upset that we won't be able to play with updated rosters until october.

IF they have Editing Options, I will buy Next Gen and make a Roster. I will wait until i hear confirmation of Editing Options.

I understand not being able to edit alot due to synergy but at least let us update stuff like accessories and shoes and player movements like free agents and trades. If they just lock that out i feel like these things wont be done or done "the right way"

I don't understand not being able to edit due to synergy. They can't track a player if he is on a different team? I thought that was the whole point of getting accurate stats and tendencies?

Are they concerned that data based on an individual from a team will interfere somehow if he is on another team in the game? Well, they programmed things years ago to balance that out when they did have the number one most used feature in the game called roster editing. They had roster editing with synergy before, there is no way they can make up an excuse that doesn't lead back to an oversite during design.

It should go like this - roster/ratings -> synergy updates -> sliders and edits(global/team/player). It should not interfere with synergy, but just be another layer that people can customize their game through.

I hope they bring this feature back. I spent many hours back in the day being a Test Dummy for my boy Playmaker lol

Didn't Live 09 and 10 have synergy? Pretty bad excuse if true
