They are Lame for showing NBA Live 14 gameplay

That wasn't EA showing the Live 14 footage. It was whoever that did the interview. I agree, should have showed something other.

Regardless, my biggest thing is control and responsiveness. Every single art asset has been touched.

For online, the 7 game series is alright for playing against a buddy.

Heard some cool things

-they scanned fans
-more advanced controls
-responsiveness is key
-focused on getting away from pre-canned animations

They needed advanced controls badly. Old live way was restrictive and lacked offensive options

It sucks b/c if you listen closely you can hear people playing the game..Why aren't there more previews? Why is no one talking about this game after gamescom?

I really, really, really like the onboarding process they have. This has always been a BIG thing for me in Games. No Matter if it was Madden, 2k, Splinter Cell, or even Super Mario. I always like to know what I'm doing and How I'm doing it before actually entering the real challenging situations. Its Brings in Something that I think is Missing from not just NBA Live and Basketball Games but Competitive Games overall. Well not just Missing but Overlooked. STICK SKILL. It should always come down to Stick Skill and Knowledge of the Sport/Game/Genre/Whatever.

The Fact that he Said they Have Drills to Teach you how to Run Fast Breaks really shows me that they have some real Basketball Depth under there and not just all Wills and Thrills. Kinda Like Madden, although I Haven't Played Yet, I hear A lot Of people saying they're actually teaching you real Football Fundamentals and stuff which is really Good for someone who doesn't Know like Myself, but I Just Really enjoy the drills, way back since Playstation 2 Days.

The next 30 days are going to be very exciting...I hope that that this is the year they at least get gameplay respectable. If so, this will be all I'm playing this holiday season...

Besides fans being scanned (something I have my doubts from the arenas screenshots) there isn't anything that we didn't know before, hope we get something meaningful soon.
