Thanks, the issue I'm having is square (or X on the One) says hookshot in the post but I'll spin right near the hook or drop step and the post player takes a 2 foot jumper.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the season length in dynasty mode? Thanks!

Sure is, you have three options for lengths.

WTF, when you run the quick plays,

          iso, cut, screen, post

For the 3 after iso can you ICON select (RB button) to choose the cutter, screener or post up man?

Or is the only way to run the quick plays like this? You point and assign the white selection ring around a player using the L stick and then hit quick play to put them in motion within the quick play call.

There are situations like this. Maybe where ever my SG is located, I want him to cut. But sometimes he is buried in traffic next to another one of my players. It's hard to get the white focus ring on him sometimes and then hit down on the DPad.

But if I could just sit on the opposite side of the court, hit down on the Dpad, then hold RB to pull up icons and then press his icon to initiate the cut...that would be tight.

If you double-tap the quick play buttons, it'll bring up the icons to let you choose the player you want to run it for.

              Ok thank you.

So...what is occurring when you single tap? The game is using it's logic to pick the best option?

I ask this because as the PG last night I was hitting down for cut and just observing, sometimes it would work great and I would see someone flash with hands up asking for the ball.

Other times I was hard pressed to notice who on the floor was assigned the cut command.

But again, thank you, I will employ the double tap method and select my cutter.

Can you set your "favorite team" for online games. So when I search for a match my favorite team is there by default instead of the spurs/heat ?

It default's to the 'favorite team' you select the first time you boot up the game.

This can also be changed in your Settings menu..

Don't worry, your Rap's will be there waiting, lol

How well does the cpu handle their substitutions/rotations?
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

LOL..thanks man. Love that little feature Live has. It's such a little thing but avoids selecting the team every time for online matches. You can also tell right away if your opponent is "CAVS FAN", instead of waiting for them to scroll thru every team just to pick them.

Disclaimer: I don't hate "CAVS FANS" I just like some variety and playing against different teams....LOL. (See "HEAT FANS" from last year).

Above average IMO. And that's for both human and CPU on Auto.

A CPU player did foul out against me in the 4th quarter yesterday so I'm not sure if that's cause for concern for you as they did have him out there playing with 5 fouls.

Actually CPU player fouling out is actually a good thing.

                          Thanks for answering!

I don't think that well at all. Sure, minutes played at end of game may be somewhat close, however..... starting every second half with the majority of my starters on the bench is not a cool thing. This happens with both cpu and human teams. It's as if the cpu thinks your guys are tired from the end of the first half.....

Is there a way to intentionally choose to bounce a pass or lob a pass?

The game logic is pretty spot on about picking the right pass for you but every once and awhile I would like to lob it into the post instead of bounce or vice versa.

I'm pretty sure double-tapping A/X executes a bounce pass, like last year.
