Flatten out the hook shot height. It looks like they are shooting 5 feet above the rim on the shot. Its too floaty.

A better solution would be to get rid of it all together this isn't the 90's NBA anymore....I wouldn't give them (EA) any ideas to keep this shot relevant in the game.

You could watch about 5-6 NBA games in a day and not see a single hook shot attempted....

But every video I see of Live it's a consistent shot being used amongst all players regardless of skill set or position.

My mega request:

1. Editable ratings

2. Editable playbooks

3. Way more sliders

4. More tendencies for not only players but teams as well

5. Team specific plays and formations

6. Elbow plays, triangle offense, etc

7. Remove the hook shot

8. Make clutch players more clutch. I find them unreliable when you are losing and need to come from behind

9. Manual bounce passes

10. Insert half court press, half court trap, full court trap

11. More fouls and more variety of fouls

12. In game injuries

13. Coach mode

14. More tips and tip dunk attempts

15. Alley oop attempts by the CPU for teams and players prone to throwing them

16. Lower CPU FG percentage

17. More mid range shots

18. Variety of shots. It is either all net or straight miss. Not enough rim hops, spinners, etc.

19. Tone down dunk in traffic success

20. Tone down lay up in traffic success

21. Lower the high amount of AND 1s the CPU gets

22. Get rid of the invisible force field around the court that prevents players from going out of bounds.

23. Tone down the insane CPU runs that the CPU goes on where they hit any and everything all net from where ever on the court.

24. Tighten up the animations and clipping

25. Make CPU teams run more plays, less ISO.

2nd game in a row.. No foul attempt free throws..

I think the lack of fouls is dependent on your playing style. Check out my post in the "Live 15 impressions" thread and see, how many free throws I had.


Not to be totally offtopic though...


Request: Choose one to implement: either make CPU shield the ball better to prevent easy steals; or make CPU players try to steal more aggressively from human player.

These were my FTA on 5 min quarters...I'm the Blazers. If anything I think there's too many fouls on jumpshots....

Yeah, I wish there was a separate shooting foul slider for jumpshots and then layups/dunks/shots in the paint.

Pre-game

When you are looking at your starting lineup if you select a player and view his info the only back out option is B.

B takes you all the way back out to Pre-game. It should only take you out to starting lineup so you can look at another player.

You should be able to select a "card tab" like player dna or player stats and scroll down or up through each member of the lineup.

And light tap for lob. Three pass types on one button. Nice. I didn't play live 14 but these are shown in the controls. Did they not work right in 14 so they were abandoned?

Its still there today, Pau Gasol and and definitely Jared Sullinger have a kind of quick Push jump Hook, if you will. Watch Gasol he does it alot.

This is not true at all. I'm in practice now and it does no such thing. All I am getting is chest passes.

And no where on this list does it list it in the controls either.
