    Re: NBA LIVE 15 Review

I am not expecting to see too many overall positive reviews especially when being directly compared to 2k. I think if the game is reviewed on what it has to offer on its own it could be pretty positive.

The second review is just comedy. Reviewers should never sway you in any direction, if you have a chance and something everybody does is to play the game and make up your own mind about whether or not you want to support and continue playing the game.

Thought I read somewhere that there is suppose to be a patch tomorrow , when this game comes out. I could be wrong.

They do attack the basket, but the paint physics seem to do their job as far as not allowing easy dunks through traffic. I would like to see some more mid-range pull-ups though.
The person who reviewed the game was definitely biased upon typing that up. He gave the sound a 4 out of 10. How do you give Live 15 a 4 out of 10 in the sound department? The soundtrack for the game is refreshing and the oncourt atmosphere is almost unreal. I can't take that guy seriously. I know he has an opinion, but if he's basing his whole review on 6 hours of playing that trial then that's not right.

It's like shooting games . every game is compared to call of duty because it sets the standard for the genre. Only 2 bball games on the market who are in direct competition with each other. 2k set gameplay standard so live has a mountain to climb to become revelant. 15 is just first step.

NBA LIVE 15 have something that i like better than NBA2K 15: SOUND!! The sound of the fans cheering and chanting "DEFENSE" is amazing. That's what i want in a basketball game.

Playing at Bankers Life fieldhouse, hearing the organ, hearing the chants was awesome. Great experience.

I never really put any stock in reviews. If I'm interested in a game, then I'll play it. If not, I'll skip it. There have been numerous games I enjoyed that didn't get fantastic reviews.

With that being said, I'm being cautiously optimistic about Live. I'm gonna try the demo out tomorrow to see if it's something I would enjoy.

I played the other game since it's release 3weeks ago.. Live 15 bought something new to the table.. I was telling WTF on Twitter that big baby looks amazing as do a lot of Live 15 models.. Where 2k falls way short.. Even when live hasn't scanned some of the players they don't look that far off.. But 2k on the other hand.. Smh. Jamal Crawford and big baby looks like they tried to do there own face scanning with there ps4 cameras.. Good grief.. I played live last night until my trial ran out.. From day one of the early access until the last hour the game did tune down it's dunking in traffic and success at the basket.. I for one can't wait until 12:01am Live 15 is a contender big time.. Atmosphere game play players voices on the floor physics in the paint.. I wonder what the day one patch will add.. Haven't been this excited since I waited on line at circuit city for one of the first ps2 consoles lol

man you must have played with a limited number of teams during the trial...some of the non scanned faces in Live look absolutely horrible....I mean, you couldn't have missed Reggie Jackson during the download

Some nailed faces, some botched them....but to say it like its a landslide for Live is pretty humorous...to each their own I guess...

                        Found another review:
I fondly remember playing NBA Live 2005. The addition of the All-Star Weekend Dunk Contest was the hype. The gameplay felt smooth. It was quite intuitive and not overly complicated. What does any of this have to do with NBA Live 15? Let's just say that the reintroduction of NBA Live might have been a

I get my game from gamefly on Thursday, can't wait... I was hoping the demo came out today so I can try it, but then again the demo does not have the patch so its kind of pointless.
