PS4 - Happens frequently (1), every game (2-4). Rising Star mode.

Apologies if stated earlier:
1. Games are freezing/glitching, requiring quits (ugh).
2. Controlled player gets stuck in posting up animations = too many 3 second violations.
3. Incorrect penalty for leaving an opposing player 'wide open' for a shot (when anything but).
4. Setting a screen is not registered (when called for).

Platform = Ps4. Playing on Superstar. Can be reproduced frequently

This game has so much potential, I'd like to see the defense improved! At present, with the likes of Kyrie and Rose (especially Rose) I can apply the special crossover (right stick) and send the defender the opposite direction way too easily!!! I've tried modifying on ball and off ball pressure setting to Tight (at the same time). I've also tinkered with the "force direction" setting. While these options improve the defense some, I can still perform that maneuver far too frequently with great success! I mean, it allows me to be able to dunk with Rose just about every time. Ultimately, I can win a game single handedly with Rose mainly with this exploit.*

WTF, please forward these concerns to EA. They need to tweak the defensive response by the cpu and allow a more effective defense in the post or down the lane. It might be easier to reduce the effectiveness of these moves however(something i am sure we could have addressed with edit options). As it stands, I can easily blow by cpu at the key and drive for an easy dunk just about every time down the court with aforementioned and similar pg's.

I have also noticed a bug where my player threw the ball out of bounds. The ball bounced off an out of bounds cpu player and back into my players hands. I was able to score after this sequence! Also, during replays when bench players are shown in their warmups, you can see their warmups clipping or become "see through", this should be looked into.

Have you also noticed that after the cpu inbounds the ball the cpu player momentarily runs towards the baseline before auto correcting itself? It disrupts the flow and illusion of the game. Also, the cpu tends to throw the ball off my players back or body after inbounds or during gameplay ultimately leading to an unnecessarily easy steal or turnover!*

There are other issues like the late game logic, etc, etc, however, that's been discussed extensively. For now, these are my contributions to hopefully making this a much more immersive and realistic game. We would all like to see this gem reach it's potential this year and establish a great foundation for subsequent years.

Try playing ultimate team and then tell of how its too easy. Unfortunately EA is apparently listening to all of you complaining about "how easy" the game is, as you play franchise or dynasty mode with sliders and settings, etc. rather than the Ultimate team mode where you have to play it as is without sliders. So they keep making an already bull**** scoring system even worse, since they don't realize that everyone claiming how easy the game is is playing offline.

POST GAME GLITCH

When in the Post I tap R2 to bump the defender and then quickly tap [Triangle] to step back and my player gets stuck in an uncontrollable and unbreakable dribbling back-down animation. Also when I try to Fade away after an R2 bump, the same thing happens at times.

Please Fix, if not for Live 15 then at Least make sure it's no where to be found in 16!

Has anyone else noticed that Mike Breen calls out the wrong name for some of the rookies?
I was playing with Brooklyn last night & these were the names he called the Nets' 3 Rookies:

Bojan Bogdanovic was Placebo (Really)
Markel Brown was Watters
Cory Jefferson was Cotton

Brown & Jefferson are 2 pretty common last names, I have no idea how something like this gets mixed up but I hope it gets fixed.

Whats the bug?

After setting team rotations in dynasty mode, during the dynasty pre-game match up screen, the displayed starting lineup defaults to "best available" player at each position in the starting lineup, to include guys on the inactive list, replacing starters.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
It was noticed during the dynasty pre-game match up screen. To re-create, adjust line-ups/rotations in dynasty (outside of pre-game), purposely placing the non-best players at each position in the lineup. When you go to play a game, observe that the lineup in the pre-game match up screen, is different to what was set up originally on the coaching tab. The workaround is to manually go into the pre-game match up screen and adjust lineups. After this new line up adjustment, rotations and lineups are normal in game.

Example: The 76ers lineup of Noel, Robinson, Covington, Richardson, Canaan is defaulted to "best at position"and becomes Embiid, Noel, Mbah a Mute, Wroten, Smith in the pre-game screen.

How often has the bug been reproduced?
It has occured in every dynasty pre-game, with the above conditions met. I had not seen or noticed this before as I was playing with the "default" line up previously.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Dynasty Mode



How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? If one goes undefeated with a team up to the game before the All-Star game, the results of that game are not retained if the game is won, thus forcing the user to repeat said game again and again until they lose. Once the player loses, the game will allow advancement to the All-Star game. This can be repeated as long as the player wins the game and their team is undefeated prior to this game.



How often has the bug been reproduced? Played 4 games (3 manual, 1 sim) with my team winning each time.
