It's accelerated. I just did the Cavs Homecoming one. I'm not a fan of accelerated clock.

On the flip side, the game playes really well. Melo taking jumpers from the elbows, plays called to get him there, etc.

Down with this game because there's no damn sliders. Don't have time for that anymore and I prefer just pick up and play. Visuals are gorgeous. As long as the update some issues (too many heat-check threes by point guards, which should be fixed with synergy, and boundary force-field) I'll be happy.

Played it tonight and absolutely hated it

Was excited given the feedback from this thread but I'm bitterly disappointed. The comptetitor is 10 years ahead. Nba live has great graphics but the buck stops there. That's all it has

I appreciate the work ea put in but the game is not up to scratch

I played one game and traded it in straight away

Against Boston Cpu. Oliynik had 22 points All all his shots were posting up in the paint. ALL of them. Lol that's terrible. Played 12 min quarters.

The way players pass the ball around looks so fake and the animations are terrible. It feels like an nba game from like 2004. It's horrible. I'm sounding harsh but this game doesn't deserve to be released in the year 2014.

If I get banned so be it. I'm simply being honest and giving my honest view. I paid $90aud for this game and what a waste of money. I have the right to be frustrated surely

It just plays like a mess. So relieved to be playing the other game again. Thought I'd try it out and I lasted one full game. I'm trying to like it, but for me it's all about gameplay. And watching oliynik have like 9 post shots and mostly the same disgusting hook shot is PAinful to the eyes. Back to the other game at last

Not a big deal, but is every shot a swish? Went into practice mode with Curry and hit 20 threes and all were right through the net, no rim whatsoever.

I like how the game makes you use dribble moves. Dribble in the same spot using the same hand for too long and the defender will steal it.

I feel the same way about 2K

I like the gameplay and graphics better in a lot of ways compared to 2K, though to say Live has more options and features would be comical at best, not even in the same stratosphere.

Synergy must have kicked in again, because the CPU is flat busting my *** this morning.

Lebron has 12 points at the half (5 min qtrs, superstar difficulty) and I had to bust out the coaching settings to settle things down, for the 1st time.

Gonna play a few games to see if it remains consistent. If it does, good times are ahead.

Also if it does..it begs the question: WHY cant it be released like this? Just give us last year's DNA/Synergy..whatever, until there is data to update.

The reason Lebron was so passive for the first Synergy update was because of his passive homecoming game. The larger the sample size, the more accurate guys are going to play.

And I know that Synergy was updated literally an hour after the Cavs/Chicago game the other night. Not sure if it's holding true for today as well in regards to last nights game, but I was impressed.

Now, we need a roster update.

I noticed this as well. To me it seems like the ball rim physics are pretty limited on made shots. On misses they seem to be fine. Kind of weird.

So after posting 3 videos highlighting some of the things that need working on in the game, I figured I'd play the next one in my Dynasty and post some that focus on some of the things that it does right.

After a game filled with one frustration after another, I've decided I'm going to shelve this game until some things get updated. I had a few videos highlighting some cool stuff but as the game went on, dumb things kept happening and re-happening. I can't overlook them anymore and I certainly can't do it over 82 games.

The thing about it is, there's enough in here that reminds me of Live 10 that definitely keeps me coming back. I just don't think I can look past some really awful transition animations and the limited gameplay on offense to keep at it.

I'll keep lurking in the thread, hang on to my copy and hope some things get ironed out. I'm not upset at my purchase, just disappointed the issues this game does have show up so frequently and prevalently.

You can see the potential going forward though so I hope they stick with it and EA gives the devs time to execute their vision and space to do it mostly their way. They're on to something.

To those who said only the point guard bring the ball up. Just saw CPU Andre Kirilenko inbound to Joe Johnson to bring the ball up the court despite Deron Williams being closer and right in front of him.
