Re: Nba Live 2005 Top Have Real Dollar Amounts
I believe all NBA games will have real salaries this yr like the NFL games thanks to the NBA Players association who is allowing the press such as ESPN to tell fans NBA player salaries down to the last PENNY. EA just likes to BS about any little feature until you get the game and find out it's longevity isn't long!(excuse the brash comment)
EX. Kobe sign's with lakers for 7ys 136.4 mill (Just my take, we'll see tho)Comment

EA isn't BSing this feature. They are telling the truth. They realize that every basketball game will have that power now. If ESPN says, "We have real money" and EA never mentions it, what question do you think people will be asking?
Quite simply, real money is a huge issue and EA is letting their fans know that it's finally in their game."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Hey, they're trying to make money.
You'd do the same if you were in EA's shoes.
But, yea, it's definitely something to get excited about. I'm sure someone will say that it's pointless and doesn't matter, but maybe only hardcore Dynasty players will care and appreciate the effort in getting real dollars."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
