Seems to look for the first available shot, whether that be on a fast break or secondary break. I've got the Cavs set to slow and the Nuggets set to push in my current game, and the Cavsare running a better half court offense. The bad news is that they aren't looking to break at all.

OH I see that might be away to add some more realism to the game (Seperate team styles of play)

Yeah, that's what I'm tinkering with right now. Giving teams a bigger identity. Add some more variance when playing the cpu.

Ok...I just played Cavs vs. Bulls & Cavs vs. Clippers on both 2k and NBA Live...2k is FAR more superior in regards to pretty much EVERYTHING in regards graphics and hardcore basketball game play. The player movement, the variety of plays you can call, the size of the court and the OVERALL strategy!!! 2k is just flat out better than NBA Live. Live can't compete in those categories. BUT....I HAD FAR MORE FUN PLAYING THESE GAMES WITH NBA LIVE!!!! Flat out....it was just more fun playing with NBA Live. i actually hate to write these words because 2k is a better game...but Live is just more fun?????

Just tried out these settings and the results are very nice. The game plays much better. The CPU actually missed some free throws. Good work Tomba!

Tomba great settings man, finally got around to adjusting everything and I ended up losing 66-63 to the Raptors, playing as the Pelicans. However, auto-replays is broken on the PS4.

It's FUN Pick Up and Play

Hey Tomba,
I am considering picking this game up and I am interested in your settings since a lot of people are raving about them. I have only played the demo but I was wondering about the comment about putting these settings in globally. It seemed very difficult to put them in for the demo, maybe I did not understand how to do it or is the demo missing some coach's global settings?


The only way that I found to put your settings in were to put it on for each player on the defensive settings. Is this what you have to do in the full game version or is there an easier way? Are there more team or coach's settings in full game????


I just wanted to understand before I make a decision on purchasing.

I used Tomba's setting and I finally played a full game! I take it for what it is, it's a pick up and play game. I play my season games on 2K. I just got to work on dribble moves now.

No offense but these "limited" settings modifications don't do anything. Until EA opens up the full settings feature via a patch/update - this is just 'smoke & mirrors' and nothing more.

Yea but that's up to EA. We can only control what is in front of us right now.

Does anyone know why the camera angle cant be changed in NBA rewind games,it can be changed in all other modes.Additionally playart for team plays dont show in Rewind games?? BTW Tomba awesome settings mate.

Man. Turning on that auto motion makes this game light years better. The flow is Soooo much better. EA shoukd have made that the default out of the box!!
