It will be interesting to see what direction they head in the future. They may be best just making it a wild, over the top fun style game like NBA street. The simulation market is so heavily dominated by 2K that it may be best just going for the fun market.

I personally would like to see them go hard core sim...but that market seems too hard for them to crack at this stage.
I think it will be toned down for 16. The offense I mean.i do admit at times it's too easy to score. The blocks and the ease of dunks will be toned down too. I think it will be really close to greatness.
Also fill in the omissions from 15 with sliders, roster shares and edits and I think past Live owners will come back

In either case, they need to advertise the #### out of LIve 16 and make sure they confirm all the missing features that were in 15 are clearly and 100% going to be in Live 16.

I have coached basketball at the high school level, i've been to coaching clinics, and had the privilege of coaching under a former NBA journeymen, Fred Saunders. With that out of the way, there is no way in hell I could call 2k15 a simulation, it looks like a pick up game on any playground in the country. I only have a couple complaints about live: 1. the set plays do not have enough options off of them. 2. The learn live did not detail nearly enough.(I had to watch Live 14 vids on youtube to learn post moves, etc.) 3. Deeper defensive options. 4. A much deeper dynasty mode, and with online capabilities. I may be in the minority, but I could not care any less about signature moves, respect the x's and o's, spacing and angles, tempo, and physics--which Live 15 does well. After the latest patch, I would rate the game a 4 out of 5.

is there any difference between demo and full game???i play the demo and i did not like it...the robotic movement, the jumpshot, the alley opp ..everytime i throw alley opp its 98% success

i want to know is there any difference on gameplay??animation?movement ?
I'll do whatever it takes to win games, whether it's sitting on a bench waving a towel, handing a cup of water to a teammate, or hitting the game-winning shot.

From the demo to the game as of now, after two patches, are not even comparable. The entire game from lobs being toned down, to steals being toned down, to shot animations being revamped, it feels like a new game, completely. It's on sale at a number of places, and it is well worth your money. Live isn't like 2k, it doesn't play like a pick up game on a playground, and you cannot just spam buttons till you get the animation you want, it requires thought.

I believe someone yesterday said the demo had the latest patch. You should reinstall and try it out again....it's a really fun game....the game has made substantial strides in all the categories you mentioned.

              With that said...

              Yes, you can....

and as anyone who plays online knows, this is successful about 80% of the time:

No play calls here, not even an ISO....this could be your entire strategy. Live is a really fun game but let's not ignore the fact there's plenty of cheese in it...

It was an overstatement, make that a misstatement, on my part. Thanks for sharing the info.

Ive been playing Live Demo a bit lately and to tell you the truth it is definitely growing on me and I have found I'm enjoying it as a different game to 2k which i play on the reg. Just one thing i have noticed is there doesn't seem to be nearly as much detail on players faces when playing Live as there is in the instant replay. Its as if the players faces aren't in HD or something. Don't get me wrong i prefer the lighting and overall look Live is going for, its much more realistic. Its just 2k seems to have as much detail in the replays as in gameplay. I was wondering if this is just in the demo or its something Live is working on and if anyone else has noticed this ??

It's an EA thing....Madden, NHL, Live are all like that.

Also, what camera angle is being used? Once I switched from the Broadcast cam to Baseline Low, my goodness! The graphics shine with this setup! Faces are more detailed and closer to what you see in the replays compared to the other cams. In general it truly highlights the fantastic graphics in this game!

Ive been using EA Action which i love, its just a shame that extra little detail is missing. Ill try Baseline Low and see how it goes
