Not questioning you guys seeing what you are seeing, but we see these type of comments whenever a patch is released. Many players see things that were either always there since day 1 or just letting their eyes tell them what they want to see. (You only have to look back a week where one guy was supposedly seeing all these major changes, only for us to find his game had yet to be patched).

If there really were significant changes, EA would be wise to actually list them.

It's really poor to just keep saying 'bug fixes'.

There are EA reps here and EA Game Changers, please start releasing full patch notes and stop asking users on Twitter what they are seeing. That's a cop-out.

I agree. I didn't see any new animations and the game played worse after the patch. Percentages went from 60% to like 40%. I'll keep playing but a game that had the potential in my mind to thrash 2k didn't do anything to outshine it. It played horrible post patch for me

I hear you man....completely agree with your post. I've said this same thing many times. I rarely experience the daily changes a lot of others seem to experience...

In this case though, I can only go off of what I feel. If transitional animations weren't cleared up (I haven't seen any "new" ones)...I'll just have to let ignorance be bliss because lord knows I've complained about it since day one and it feels better, lol

A 948 MB update should undoubtedly come with notes though, end of story..

Agree with all points! I have also mentioned this in the past but there have been no responses in regards to the in game updates especially lacking any type of information about what changes were applied! It's obviously a good thing that we are receiving updates at more frequent intervals, however the guessing game should be taken out of the equation! We need more concrete information and it does not have to be elaborate either. Without the benefit of these notes, we're sometimes left with no choice but to begin speculating about changes we may or may not be witnessing! This is NOT the way to go about this and creates room for subjectivity and unneeded frustration!

I do agree however that certain changes are undeniable. You can just tell when a certain aspect of a game has been changed. Again, it would be prudent to have accompanying notes to confirm these observations!

Is this 948mb update in addition to the new 3+Gb xbox one update? Or new PS4 update?

Update makes the game feel more fluid, not nearly as sluggish

Re: Another 948 MB update file

I havent had the chance to extensively play the new 1.04 update but as a heavy live player I could tell you some of the differences I've noticed patch to patch. The launch patch made players move more and smooth things out a bit. The patch before this one at first made the gameplay horrible. Although it was a lot faster and in some ways too fast, the shooting and timing was off and I was missing almost every shot. A couple days later in one of their in game updates they corrected this issue and the shooting released and results went back to how they used to be while still keeping the new fast pace responsive gameplay. It seems like this new patch added more animations because I have seen about 4 that I would definitely have not forgotten. Also the last patch fixed the recording issue on ps4 that was almost ruining the game for since I manage a gaming youtube account. After that correction replays and transitions between cutscenes have gotten very smooth. I've also notice that noe if they dont feel there were significant plays at the end of the 3rd quarter they'll just show the stadium instead of the 3 top plays. And in one game they showed 3 replays at the end of the 4th before going to the postgame show. As for the lack of update details within the update hisyory on ps4, I think they do this to kind of hide their faults a little. If someone gets the game now they wont have a detailed list of everything that was wrong during the first two months, they'll just assume the game has always been this smooth and can only get better. I could understand that.

What jerseys were updated in this 2nd update ?? Anyone notice anything ??

Also, I double check and the Raptors purple din throwbacks were corrected. Their correct during actual gameplay but incorrect during replays and cutscenes ??? Not sure how that works, and why it's not correct throughout ?

Yes, I had a question if this was another content, and Gameplay improvement update but I cannot find any hard details online about this.
