Re: Prove Me Wrong
It's crazy how good the atmosphere is. It's really realistic. It plays a big part into my enjoyment. 2k seems to feel bland and boring many times. It's not because it's realistic, it's because the atmosphere is always boring.
I wish I could just merge these two games. 2k like looking animations, with more user control like live, with the driving, and movement of live. Defense of live. With the balance of scoring in and out of 2k. And 2k like roster updates. With the synergy of live
Even after patch I find myself missing certain things about live. I'll probably go back and forth. I'm enjoying the 2k patch but I'm going to play some more Live tonight.Comment

Re: Prove Me Wrong
I rented live day 1 and really wasn't impressed especially since there was no out of bounds to speak of...it was more so and arcade type of game. From what I'm reading the last couple of patches have corrected some the issues I've had...I'm thinking I may give a shot if I can find it on sale during the holidays. Some comments are very encouraging while others still make me cringe with the thought of them still in the game. I'm torn...I'm a diehard St. Louis Cardinals Fan!! Birds on the bat til I die!Comment

Re: Prove Me Wrong
All the updates are well and fine, but the bottom line is that the lack of custominization is what kills this game. They can tweak the gameplay all they want, but it will never cover the fact that they released this game lacking content that should be standard for any team sports game, and that is being able to create players and edit/create rosters.
The assumption is that they made thinking that we would overlook the fact that this is their 2nd next gen Live title, not their first, leads me to believe that I cannot trust EA Sports anymore with the Live franchise. This looks and feels so blatant on their part that I can no longer support the Live series by purchasing the game, unless there is a serious discounted price.Comment

Re: Prove Me Wrong
Been Noticing a few changes here and there lately..all good, some people are complaining about shooting but i noticed that all players have different realses points with there shots.. I figured that out while using dallas.. But TWO things that really pisss me off are I ALWAYS WIN THE JUMP BALL!! no matter who I have as the center also they tap always plays out the same.. he taps it to the point guard.. in real life nba its a scramble some taps are to the forwards, SG etc. and then handed to the point guard.. other than that been noticing some new anamations play out. Im really learning how and when to use certain dribbles moves. passing still seems a little off at times.. other than that Im a happy camper. OH @WTF will they be adding more face scans? and why arent roster updates applied as they happen? still waiting for Josh smith to be added to the ROckets..Comment

Re: Prove Me Wrong
I'm having issues with shooting percentage as well. I really want to like this game, its fun in so many ways, but when I'm shooting in the 20-30% range for the game and I might as well forget about 3 pointers, they never go in, its just takes all the fun out of it. Right now I'm sort of regretting my purchase.Comment

Re: Prove Me Wrong
i am enjoying Live after the recent patch, I just wish that we had control over the camera angles. Meaning we should be able to adjust the view to our liking such as zooming in or out as we see fit Live 10 had it so I don't know why Live 15 doesn't. Or let us choose a ESPN camera view for any arena we play in, cause I like the Rockets camera angle as well as the Trailblazers view to because they are alot closer to the action, and are the closet to feeling like I'm watching a tv broadcast. But I'm getting tired of playing against these same to teams for the most part just for there camera angle. So hopefully they can patch it in where I can choose Houston's or Portland's camera view in any arena I play in...Last edited by RonRac1; 01-02-2015, 08:29 PM.Get at me on PS4 or Xbox 1 RonRac2Comment
