    since he is not in the player association or retired players...he needs an individual license, ea did not get one

        really? i thought EA was the one who aquired his license... I know they dropped it once he came back from retirement to the wizards but i assumed they picked it back up...

        I'm not positive, i haven't baught a live game in a while...blockbuster is my friend

            But the Create-a-player feature is better this year, so hopefully we can create him.

                    ...it's jordan! you can't go wrong with that.

                    I thought EA had a personal license for him...I guess not. He's still in my live 2000 for pc though...

                        Games could have used MJ for the 2003-04 season because you're not offcially out of the league untill one year has passed. I think developers had a misunderstanding with that unless EA bought Jordan's rights from the NBAPA it'self. EA was dirty for that one.

                          Games could have used MJ for the 2003-04 season because you're not offcially out of the league untill one year has passed. I think developers had a misunderstanding with that unless EA bought Jordan's rights from the NBAPA it'self. EA was dirty for that one.

                            Jordan was in 2000 and 2001, though.
