No legit scan my face at like 8 or 9 and it's been rendering still and its 12 now, all I see is a polygon man and I can't even rescan my face without finishing loading the first one. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1442296831.725421.jpg

You can't quit you can restart the app but it still loads up the previous render till it's done

have a question for you when you first did your scan did your phone some how shut off during the process or left the screen? I just produced your problem by closing the app out while it was on that screen u posted and now it's like yours. Sits there loading the whole time and even my phone screen trys to shut off.

Re: NBA Live Companion App Available For Android and iOS Devices

Spent a good hour here & there throughout the day trying to scan myself, and NEVER got it to work.

A good deal of it was done in good indirect sunlight (as their tutorial suggested), but also in my office with fluorescent lighting, and my bathroom with good incandescent lighting.

I tried what seemed like hundreds of varying angles: completely filling the scan area with my face; with my face barely within the edges of the scan area; with my face pulled back some; with my face pulled back farther...and then farther; with the camera lens slightly above the center of my face...and then slightly below; I've tried EVERYTHING. And all I ever get is "Incorrect face size", or the occasional insufficient lighting or "No face detected". My hands and arms are tired holding the gotdamn phone up.

A piece of crap if you ask me...but maybe just the camera censor on my phone sucks. (HTC One M7) If it doesn't really work with my phone, I would have preferred being on the "incompatible device" list as opposed to wasting all my time doing this ish...

@EASPORTSNBA: @boiufunny Apple is working on the compatibility issues as we speak. Our apologies for the frustration.

For people wondering, Apple is also working on fixing compatibility issues.

You should have been prompted to sign into EA's servers the first time you booted up an EA game on the PS4. That would be the email address you use to sign into the app.

Well I waited about half an hour on the app screen then I just backed out of the app without closing it (multi task on iOS) and been stuck and the same screen ever since

Did my scan outside and got a pretty good result.

I don't see much of a difference than a generic created player when placed on a character

It works on my Samsung Galaxy S6. The face scan technology actually works really well.

So when is the compatibility issue going to be fixed?

I keep getting 'wrong face size' message no matter if I zoom in or out in a well lit room, and I'm on a Galaxy S5
