I just pre downloaded the digital download for nba live 16 in the xbox store. I also have ea access. The Live trial version is supposed to be available on the 24th. Since I already have the digital pre download of the game, will it unlock on the 24th to play as a trial, or will I have to download a totally different trial version on the 24th?

I think you will just unlock the full game. Full game unlock on the 24th for Ea Access members. Or you can play the trial if you choose to.
