I did a face scan, created my player and then finished him on the demo when it downloaded, i've tried to use no tattoos and with tats but to my friends my skin is black while my head is still white, and in the matchup screen before hand, my tats don't show up, but they do in the menu screen. Is this just an online load issue?

It took me a lot of tries. I am brown skinned and it was either light or dark no in between.
Tips I did it with natural light in doors. Against a white wall. If you tap the screen it get darker or lighter. Just adjust it to your liking and it should work. It has taken me a few day to get it at least close to what I what.
A good attempt is doing it outside during the day time.Comment

Its about the lighting. The lighting you had when you scanned was probably too dark.Comment

If you have a body skin tone that does not match your head scan - I figured out the fix. Do another scan - and on the PHONE app edit the body size. Just pick another body type than the one you have (you can always change it back) and save. When it is imported into the game - it will import the head AND body so your skin tones should match.Comment
