Re: NBA Live 16 Q&A
Does EA ever give information on synergy updates in regards to what exactly is being updated?

Re: NBA Live 16 Q&A
What is up with the substitution screen ? I complained about this last year and the problem is still there. Not enough information. Would be HELPFUL if they listed the players height and position that you are subbing in. Makes subbing in a guessing game if you don't follow a team very well to know their bench players.
Just listing names only is too generic. A name tells you nothing useful what so ever when you are subbing in players.Comment

Re: NBA Live 16 Q&A
If it works, it is meant to read data from the completed games each day and applies lots of in depth tendencies and actions. How often a guy posted up and on what side, how often he iso'd, how many threes someone launched etc.
Potentially, it is/was the biggest game changer in bball games. I think it worked only half the time over the course of the season for Live 15 so we'll see if the game itself has added to the way it interprets those statistics.
But so far, the teams and stars play pretty spot on.Comment

Are there options to play the pro am and summer league modes offline? Do I need xbox live gold to play these modes online vs bots?Unofficial OS Ambassador of "CPU vs. CPU"

Re: NBA Live 16 Q&A
PS4 player here so not sure how it differs but here goes;
We need to be online to play Pro-Am, even when choosing all CPU teammates and opponents.
In my opinion it is a really stupid idea because if your connection is not great, you will still lag even when it is just you playing. It's absurd, especially for those of us in countries with terrible internet.
So since it is online, I assume you need PS+ and Xbox Live Gold etc.Comment

Re: NBA Live 16 Q&A
Yeah it's a strange decision. Sure, the game should need to connect before and after (if you play alone) to rely the stats and progress but it doesn't make sense to have to connect to their server to play a solo game with CPU teammates and opponents. (You also cannot play Ultimate Team without being online...)Comment

Re: NBA Live 16 Q&A
Yeah, if you have a PS4 or Xbox One, you going to need an online subscription, so many games require an online connection in order to work.Comment
