Seriously? We paid you for this game EA, you need to tell us what you are changing, what you are adding.

And if it is something worthwhile, tell the world for goodness sake. Tweet it, show pics if there's a new face or animation. List the full patch notes please!

No patch notes are a disgrace.


Frustrating last year.............but INEXCUSABLE this year now we have sliders. A 1gig patch means changes. If the changes tighten 3 point shooting or rebounding, we NEED to know as it will impact on our slider sets.


Madden patches = extensive notes.


FIFA = extensive notes.


Even PGA 15 Rory = notes.


NHL = Notes.


LIVE 14, 15 and 16 = Nothing.

Hopefully there is fatigue and substitutions online now. But 1gb is pretty big, so I'll check for new scans of the Cleveland guys and any gameplay enhancements

Just gave it a run for 30 mins...

No mid range game still.

Dumb post animations still there.

Generic rookies like Okafor with no hair, Russel still generic, Porzingis still generic...Porzingis is possibly the worst I have ever seen. He is literally a random white guy with a three day growth.

Surely they could at least bother to get an artist to sketch someone remotely similar or give Okafor hair? These are top 5 draft picks for heaven's sake.

I do not like to sound negative...but I have no idea what on earth the LIVE team are thinking. 1.02 gig update and about 7000 synergy records...and nothing has changed.

Benefactor asked ' do they want to sell this game?'....maybe the answer is no.

Because the effort is absolutely pathetic. Tokenary stuff...nothing more.

No other modern, full priced, game is this poorly managed. None.

Yeah the developers of this game just rub me the wrong way. They leave us in the dark for most part on most updates and the fact that they still don't have some of the top rookies faces in the game or have at least player models looking like them is frustrating. They really need a dev to stay in communication here because I feel like we're never being listened to like they claim.

What the h*ll did this patch do? because l played 3 games online since installing it and l can't tell the difference. Still no subsitutions online where's the fatigue? A crazy amount of contested 3's are still going in, hardly any fouls are being called online, no face scans yet for Russell, Okafor, and alot of other players. So l ask again what did this patch do? I really Loved what Live used to be, but I'm starting to think that this dev team can't bring it back to it's glory days. For starters Synergy got's to go, all those random #'s that come up after you boot the game up means nothing since for the most part the cpu don't play like there real life counterpart, every cpu controlled team plays the same on Live. How many years has it been since we were asking them to let us do our on roster and player editing? And why can't we customize the camera angles to our liking we can't set the zoom or the height. Come on EA!!! you guys used to have it but why not now? Where's the loose ball fouls, where's the diving on the floor for a loose ball & not for when it goes out of bounds, where's the tie ups for a jump ball? It's alot more l can vent on about my frustration's with the way Live is being handled but l will stop right here...

CD is a mess etc Its tough and frustrating to see the development team do so good but hen mess up the game with such things as synergy synergy needs to go

Yeah that's really messing up too. I'd rather be able to edit player ratings and rosters myself. They've proven in the past that they can't handle that task. Until they patch roster editing and player customization into the game, I'm pretty much not playing this game outside of Pro-Am and Live Run.

Right on! As much as I like what they've achieved with the game this year, this is very troubling! I asked the same question a few weeks ago concerning dev to community interaction (vise versa) and received a big bag of crickets!! A simple yes or no will suffice but I will strongly recommend some type of interaction for the betterment of this game and to enlighten the community. I'm really at a loss! Are they planning on picking up the pace once the regular season commences? A majority of us are eager to hear information now. What is going on? At least the previous year we heard from a few devs and received a constant presence from a roster personell. Something is amiss!

As much as l hate to do this, l think that I'm going to be retiring Live this year. EA has dropped the ball to many times now I just can't keep giving them the benefit of the doubt anymore. How is it that your last year's game does somethings better then your game this year EA? playing online on 15 is more enjoyable for me then 16. It might not be perfect but at least player's get tired and you gotta make subsitutions on 15. I'm tired of all the bs that comes with playing 16 online such as fouls rarely being called when l drive to the hoop and get a contact animation get knocked to the floor but no foul when it clearly shoulda been, all those contested 3's going in with a hand in there face, l thought the zigzag cheese on the other game last year was bad, man Live 16 takes it to a whole other level. I think l might just hang 16 up & go back to 15... I've been supporting EA with there B ball games every since they came out with Lakers vs Celtics, but if 17 ain't significantly better then 16 and with the ability to customize my experience with the game such as with rosters, players, & camera editing like we used to be able to do. I won't be buying it!!!

Yes...the silence is deafening. Even WTF and MrPrice do not know what is going on now re will there be patches or support.


Pre release they said openly that the day one patch would be a big one with all rookies etc...............and half are missing.


Pre release they said there would be constant updates and communication.


Post release...nothing.


This happened exactly the same way with LIVE 15, so we all should have known.


I, for whatever stupid reason, thought maybe 16 would be different.


I regret buying this game as the pre release promises were simply not true. It is my own fault though as I should have known anyone who bought the game would be treated like a 3rd class citizen yet again.
