What exactly was everyone wanting? For me just standard roster updates and a few patches and tuning.
Why everyone wants their hand held and talked to via social media is ridiculous these days. There was a demo, you got to play it for free. You knew what the game consisted of, limitations and so forth.

H2H was a joke.
or that Rosters would take a month to be completed
or that the rookies would be what they are
or anything LUT related
or that ONLINE shooting would be easy as ****

the only thing the demo would have braced us for in my points would be the superstar thing. the rest no. all we want is a game where the devs act like they care about it like we do. and i feel that most of us dont have that feeling. its okay to like this game, hell i like it. im just fustrated that it could have been a hell of a lot better but they got lazy or wont fix FIXABLE THINGS

It was widely pushed that there would be a day one patch and extensive post release support


The game has no mid range game. There are basically no catch and shoot plays in the game.

We were told pre release play books would be updated. So, that would be a good starting point.

Dozens of bugs still exist...you could not see them in the demo. Dynasty, season bugs etc.

Anyone defending it at this point needs to stop it. The series is failing because people like you are justifying their apathy.

It was also widely promoted by the EA game changers that this year would definitely be different. Post release support would be ongoing. The community would be extensively consulted. Past bugs were gone,

None of that has proven to be true. None of it.

Not blaming the Game changers here...they were clearly used and misled.

I wasn't even going to comment on this thread because I didn't want to do the whole piling on thing...

For starters-
Can we get a generic face off of the #1 pick in the draft?

Can we, and we are asking this going on 3 years now.....have the CPU not forget how to play basketball in the last minute of the game?

There's aren't some crazy, unreasonable requests that requires EA pacifying anyone...

Just like anything else, I have to pick my battles. There are definitely people in the GC group still discussing and contributing, and those that aren't. All the threads I've started here for feedback have been put in front of the dev team, but I don't know yet what's coming of it.

I'm having fun. I'm hoping we'll get a meaningful roster update with some attribute adjustments and proper rosters. Pistons are still wrong (Granger still on the team and I don't like the ratings of some guys as too many backups are higher than starters). Kind of hoping they get some love before I start a dynasty.

I don't think this is a bad game. I don't. It's fun, it's playable. But i also see what others are saying when they call this game incomplete. 2 small updates since release, rookie scans still missing, other minor players missing. Haven't dived into Dynasty at all a ton of rookies are missing. I hoped for more frequent roster/ratings updates. We just saw our first minor one. I'm hoping for more support.

Gameplay also needs a few more tweaks to really feel great. I still see passing/catches to players on fastbreaks feeling like fade routes/ passes in a Madden game. Shots coming off screens have this outdated weird animation and never go in. These need to be patched.

Best thing about this game is the pick and roll game, running plays in general, and overall graphics with teams that have mostly complete face scans (players who have been scanned generally look better than 2k). Player models and skin tones are definitely top notch here as well.

A month into purchasing this game I have generally enjoyed it quite a bit. Rising Star is playable, and I haven't experienced any glitches in that mode. Pro-Am is still really fun, and I'm not much of a online player. I find myself jumping into Tip-Off the most and just playing a quick game. Really hoping they push out a massive patch in the next few weeks with rookies, updated ratings, and updated face scans, so I can start a Dynasty.

I'd give this a 3/5 in the first month of use.

One month later and that guy wearing number 8 in the photo is Jahlil Okafor....yes, that is him.


This is just one example of about 100 things wrong with this game that are just unexplainable in 2015..........this is next gen gaming?


You simply 'have' to do better. No scans? At least bother to get an artist to come up with something close.


There are just dozens and dozens of things wrong with this game that are hard to explain other than 'apathy'.


They have not even fixed the "deeeetroit basketball" chant that plays when the AWAY team has a defensive stop in Detroit...it just all is complete incompetence OR apathy. I do not know which one at this point.

When your competition outsells you 1 million to 8000...............you have to be better than them in EVERY aspect.

i could add on to that above picture. but i wont. but that face Ok has, like 9 other rookies have too, like Hollis Jeferson, Trey Lyles (spelling) and etc. they are literally twins LMAO.

But yea, i started a dynasty the other day. WHY DOES DYNASTY PLAY DIFFERENTLY FROM THE OTHER MODES. DYNASTY on PRO. feels DIFFERENTLY FROM THE OTHER MODES on PRO? Teams play like they are hungry in that mode. and actually make adjustments and etc. im 7-2 i believe with my nets with only like 3 games being blow outs. im enjoying dynasty more than the rest of the game ATM. i cant really enjoy LUT cause of the lack of contracts and etc.

Pro am is still fun with friends. by yourself its lol but thats not really live fault. as 2k is the same

speaking of LUT. is it me or are the games online just super laggy /Dropping framerates?

but yea, its good to see that many of you feel the same way as me. hopefully this game will become the game we wanted and can be saved lke Driveclub or UFC. but thats up to EA and only them. im gald that we still have 1 gamechanger still posting and etc (there could be more but im not sure how to tell lol) i do just wish a freaking dev will post here. i dont wana hear from the GCs all the time. (no offense) i want to hear from WHO i gave my money to directly. ughh
