How is the late game AI?

Or rather, maybe I should ask, "Is there late game AI?"

One of the things that really bugged me about College Hoops 2 years ago was that when I was up by a small margin in the closing minute(s), I could stand around dribbling without the CPU opponent fouling me. This sounds minor, but it really was a big deal for me.

Is there late game AI in Live 2005. When down by a reasonable margin, does the CPU foul, and use timeouts, or can you just diddle around and burn clock to get the win?

    Thanks.
