Ps2 Version

Im seein alot of XBOX ballas talkin bout the game. Where are my PS2 boys at? Some questions about our version.

1) Are the crowds a lot better this year? And in season/franchise mode is the arena only half full like it was last year?

2) How is the atmosphere/noise in the arenas? Does it feel like u in a real NBA game? ESPN seems too boring to me.

3) Basically (for those who have seen both the XBOX and PS2 versions) is there a big difference between the games? Again the crowds are a big deal to me. MVP Baseball had some of the best player models and stadiums I have ever seen but the crowd was so unrealistc and bad it made the whole game look ugly. Holla at ya boy.

yeah im intrested in the ps2 version also coz i dont have xbox.can somebody post their review here or just tell us the diff (if there are any) between the 2 conxoles

I looked at both verison side by side at EB today.
The XBox version looks prettier and has a near perfect frame rate.
The PS2 verison looks a bit better than last years version. The frame rate is still really good. Both played identically the same. Very responsive and fun.

You won't feel like you're being ripped off, so don't be worried about it. =)

I notice it most during free throws. Doesn't affect the gameplay, but it is kind of annoying. I am going to trade it in for the X-box version....

Actually there is a huge difference in framrate especially trying to shoot freethrows online between the xbox and ps2 version the ps2 version is very laggy and jaggie I have both and I prefer the xbox version hands down.

I just got it, and its good but I just don't feel a huge difference from last years version besides minor details.

-The crowds are anything to be excited over still 2D and they sound the same as last year.

-From what i saw in NBA 2k5 id say the atmosphere in that game is a lot better than live 2005.
