And what's wrong with that? No NBA team plays simply straight up man to man without help defense. If they did, their coach would be out of a job. Why do you think NBA scores are so low? Players have to be very talented and smart to get all the way to the basket.

There is a slider for this... I think its called On Ball Defense or something like that...

I tried switching the CPU from autoswitch to man and it did seem to make a difference...even though I still lost the game.

I guess the biggest thing I noticed on autoswitch is that the CPU really plays good help defense...and it is hard to burn them unless you dish it off to the open man at the exact right time.

But what exactly does autoswitch mean anyway? Because I haven't noticed the CPU playing different styles of defense on this setting...just good ball-hawking defense.
