Just purchased the Live 16 on sale specifically for pro-am mode. I loved the demo and put lot of time into building my character as they said it would carry over. However when I boot the game it goes into game face even though I built my character on the same account. I then went back into the demo and it says download pro-am for free. I denied so I wouldnt lose my progress and then it lets me see my character but everything is locked. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

Make sure your logged into the main game with the same EA ID you logged into the demo with....if you play any other EA games it saves your EA login, so if you used another to play the pro am demo they'll differ....
