i dont have to view em only in my xbox i took some coaches that I thought were the best fit for instance Lenny Wilkens I used for the 70s all star coach.
I also used NBA Live 2002 and 2004 to get Phil jackson for my 90s coach. The possibilities are limitless just gotta use your head. Since this game is based off of Live 2002 alot of the parts are very interchangeable just dont forget to extract and rename then repack. You can use Fifa 2005, just about any EA game for material.

By your first post it sounded like you created your own mod and put it in the game but I understand now.

I don't understand how this works. Do you extract the contents of the game disc onto the PC, edit some of the files, burn it to another disc and play THAT on the Xbox? If so, that would require an Xbox with a modchip, right?

Sorry if I'm a little slow about this. Don't know much about modding.

im now starting to doubt this. Head shapes aren't interchangeable . You cant just use head shapes from 2003 then use it in 2004. It hangs if you do that. i did that already on the PC version .

Please answer my questions regarding what specific program you used in opening the XBOX . xsh and roster files. That's all im asking. I'm an NBA Live modding veteran on the PC and Ill find out if you're just making things up.

Sorry if i sound too negative but ive sent you a PM and numerous posts. all your answers (if you did answer) were vague.

Re: anyone insterested in custom mods for Nba 2005?

hey guys ive been finding alot of hidden players that EA isnt using like Michael Jordan and Shawn Kemp now just figuring out how to get em on the rosters cause their pictures, faces and bodies are there
Don't listen anymore to this guy it's nothing but lies ....
I've just extracted the 2005's viv and looked at the players's dbc file and there is no trace of jordan anywhere.

I've also extract the player's faces viv and once again no trace of jordan.
Moreover the Xsh files of NBA Live 2005 are more complex than the 2004.

And I know what i'm saying because i'm currently writing a editor for NBA Live 2004 Xsh files.
I'm still working on it, its is far from finished but right now i can open allmost all the xsh files of the XBOX 2004 version.
If I manage to finish the tools for the 2004 version I will try to find how to read with the 2005 one.

And to prove that i'm not a liar, here are some screenshot of my tools at the current state of developement (included in Attachments).
