Also, how is everyone doing on the offensive boards. I havn't been able to convert many tip ins because there is usually nobody in position on the offensive glass. This is probably because i go for the block too much but it seems like the cpu shooters will always make it if i dont get in their face.

Rebounding Questions
Sometimes when I'm controlling a player under the basket and press the button to go up for a rebound he doesn't actually go up. I'll press it a couple times and the animation looks like he's faking a jump. Is this just because he's being boxed out or am i doing something wrong.

Re: Rebounding Questions
First off, depending whether you press x, y or b when the rebound is in the air you will go for the rebound, tip in or dunk. You may be pressin gthe tip in button instead of the rebound button.
I had to play w/ the sliders to get the offensive boards decent, to where offense boards can constitute at least 25% of the rebounds in the game. Before bumping off. reb. to 70+ (w/ def. reb. at 25-30) for both the CPU and USER, there would be like 40 total rebounds in a game (5 min. quarters) with only 5 being offesnive (3 for me and 2 for the CPU).
Whether or not your players get in good position on the glass also depends on their skill level and the plays you call. I had called some type of play where when I drove to the hoop and drew the double team, instead of cutting to the basket the PF stepped out to the 3-pt. line to await a pass. Other times, they just crash. I play with Denver a lot and I bring in Pope and Nene off the bench to replace the finesse of Camby/Martin. Those 2 scrubs can sure clean up some off. boards.Unofficial OS Ambassador of "CPU vs. CPU"
