How do you bring your entire offense up the court after a CPU score?

So this is the deal, and maybe someone has some answers...

When the other team scores and I inbound the ball, I'm usually bringing the ball upcourt with my PG.

As I am bringing the ball up, the PF and C are pretty good about running down to my side of the court to get ready for our offense.

But the SG and SF are often coming up the court very slowly, and I often beat them to the half-court line. I have to then wait for them to "lazily" jog upcourt so I can set up the offense. By the time they decide to finally join the rest of the team on the offensive side of the court, we have lost 5-8 precious seconds off the shot clock.

This becomes even a bigger issue when I use turbo to race upcourt with my PG, because I get to our side of the court that much faster and have to wait for the SG and SF that much longer.

The "slowness" of the SF and SG is magnified when while bringing up the ball as the PG I decide to call a play (pressing directional pad) before reaching the half-court line. At that point, the SF and SG begin to do the sidestepping animation where they hold out their hands in anticipation of a pass. By the time I cross the half-court line with my PG they are still in the backcourt sidestepping, waiting for a pass that, if thrown, would result in a backcourt violation.

If anyone knows how to solve this, please help.

All I want, after inbounding the ball, is for my offensive players to just jog up the court in a timely fashion so that we can set up the offense.

Don't know if this would work, but maybe you can try calling a play in the backcourt, and the SG and SF will get downcourt faster and set up.
