Something I noticed while playing Superstar...
Whenever I play a game on Superstar, if I'm on defense and I'm not controlling the man guarding the player with the ball, if the other team goes to shoot a jumper, the defender just stands there and doesn't contest the shot what-so-ever. Has this happened to anyone else, and is there anyway around it?Tags: None -

Maybe they thought you would get used to the game play and still beat the computer 9 times out of 10, which by January will probably be true....... just imagine if in the Live 98-2002 days, your computer defender jumped with their shooter........ you'd win by almost 100 every time, back in the day.
On the bright side, it does keep the blocks down to a realistic number, even on All-Star, I could play pisspoor defense and get bailed out by my jumping defender to block the shot......
If you play adequate defense they shouldn't light you up for more than 35% downtown....... but sometimes, it's just their night, which is true in the real NBA. -
