I've played plenty of games online of NCAA '05, Madden '05 and FIFA '05 and have never quit a game and have a DNF of 2% in NCAA and 0% in Madden and FIFA.... But I've played 7 games of LIVE and now have 3 DNF's.
What really puzzles me is that I've been winning the three games and I have not had problems with my connection. Today I took two DNF's after having big leads. It seems that because I've been blowing out the three guys that they have quit the game and still managed to hand me the 0-70 LOSS!!!!!!!!!! WTF is that????
I've received the message that "connection has been lost to your opponent" once and the other message " Connection has been lost to your opponent: Do you want to continue vs. the CPU
or Quit the game
I've continued two games beating the CPU and still received the 0-70 loss. Am I getting cheated royally??? Is there a problem with the EA Servers? From my past experience if I have a problem with my Cable Modem I will not be able to sign-in to XBOX Live but that is not the problem... so I know it is not on my end. Has a cheap way to quit and still win been discoverd--- if so , I 'm not looking for details of how. I just want to know if I'm being cheated. Please help.
