I think he meant that the players are there, but the team isn't. If you are interested in something like this then you should check out the PC version and head over to nbalive.org

No, I meant the team is there but the players arent. Teams.dbf has a team labeled "Espana" but players.dbf doesnt have any players for that team, unlike last year, when there were.
