Not sure if EA is going to update commentary or if they did any updates since Live 16, but just noticed that they were talking about Steph Curry being the reigning MVP while playing the Warriors/Cavs demo. That should be Westbrook

It would be nice. Madden is the only game that I know that updates commentary. They probably will not. But I could be wrong and maybe the full game might have updated stuff hopefully?

The more I play, the more I want to own the full game. I'm really having a good time with it. Quirky at times ,but dang fun. I'll take fun and quirky any day over not fun and quirky. The on ball defense is legit. I made this block on K. Thompson with Lebron and Lebron used his whole body to keep Klay from going to the rim, grabbed and stole the ball at the top of his apex and ripped it down to the ground. I wish I had a video of that. The blocks are really fun to to and watch!

FInally played through the My Player stuff to unlock the NBA game. Played one game and enjoyed it. Felt like Live. Good control over players and not animation driven. I am bad at r-stick controls. Didn't break people down getting into the lane or use any cool post moves. Played with Warriors and started first quarter on default Pro. Was up by 10 after 1q so switched to all star and lost the game in the fourth. I was too 3 point shooting heavy.

A couple small negative things. I like the sideline cams but the EA broadcast camera was slow to keep up a few times. A long pass and I couldn't see the ball a couple times. The euro step animations look slow and clunky to me. Overall a fun game. Going to take Lebron next time and see if I can get to the hole better.

The demo is literally unplayable for me.
Online gameplay hasn't worked for about 10 days in Australia.
And I can't reset my player it just freezes.
And EA support do zero.

Other AU players say theirs is working. We are trying to fix your issue. Can you login to servers or just cannot match make with anyone? Feel free to DM me if needed.

Really been enjoying.

Some big flaws I've seen.

Bad bad teammates, I can't tell them with a mic to play team ball (no mics allowed in the demo?)

Ball deflating on loose balls

Some automatic guaranteed made shot animations make it impossible for my 7 footer to make any impact on certain shots. There are some animations that are obviously 100% makes.

Some input lag on defense, rebounds, etc.

Tip still goes only to the PG

Great game but a lot of minor issues. Hope they can be corrected. This game is still adding animations and other things, hope they can fix some things, especially the ball deflating on loose balls, or the tip going straight to the point guard

I had the best gaming experience I've ever had against the cpu on superstar a few minutes ago. I truly wish I could have captured it all. Wish it were 12 min quarters.

I clawed back from 12 pts down, because I get into GSWs pace. Once I slowed it down, I climbed out of the hole and went to work. I ended up w the 3 pt win. Everything felt so organic.

Interesting. That's what I wanted but even at lowest performance score my draft position is at 30 and I always get drafted. How did you do it at UNDRAFTED?

I didn't finish the story. Story or online play locks once you reach level 20

I said it once and I will need to say it again:

(By the way, I preordered and love the game, so don't take all the negatives to heart EA, I think your doing well!)

When I go to set a screen on 2k for a ball handler, the game itself recognizes when I am near a ball handler and turns my player in the perfect direction and sort of "auto assists" into the perfect direction.

On Live, when I go to set a screen as a big man, it sets it 100% based on my positioning that very second and what angle I'm moving the analog. This makes it extremely hard due to input lag to set a screen. I press the button and by the time my player is going to set the screen the defender has already moved. I try to "re-adjust" my player and they do not re-adjust according to where the player they are trying to screen is, they re-adjust only based on where you point the analog. Very frustrating and difficult to get good screens set.

With that being said, I'll say it again. Great improvements on the gameplay side. The One is a great experience, and will be even better when I can communicate to the ball hogs to play like a team. But things like this with screens, the air coming out of the ball on loose balls, late game a.i, tip only going to the point guard, these are just the simplest things that even ps2 versions could have back in the day. So I really hope these things are worked on through the year.

I know this post is somewhat of a repeat from previous posts, but these are some of the biggest repeat issues people have had and just want it to be known.
