Damn... live 18 lebron is soooo dope... him and Westbrook have looked like the best digital versions of themselves, for both live and 2k... other face scans/likenesses are Meh, but I really have to give props to the live art team, for being consistent with how great the color/lighting/textures/details are for the whole game, and for players all across the board

Getting some practice shots up with Bron and learning the controls. I'm very happy with the visuals of the game and the overall product. Hoping player editing is in, either way I plan on picking up Live for the first time since Live 10.

Live 16 had better player models

Lets see some pictures of some signature jumpshots...oh wait nevermind. In all seriousness, big improvement over the last live but sadly the robocop animations ruin all immersion.

The signature jumpshots' forms are actually close to spot on... it's just, the hitch/delay in timing sorta f*cks it all up. Dribbling and movement is OK too.. didn't play live 16 so I have no point for comparison. Been such a longtime 2k gamer that I'm programmed to find that Dribbling scheme intuitive, but in keeping an open mind about live 18 Dribbling, I sorta see how this stuff could work good... needs improvement, it's a ways from 2K, but definitely a step in the right direction.

If you go to your created player and to the store to buy animations you can see every signature jump shot the game has. And 90% of them look nothing like the real shots.

I don't get how they actually got worse. They were fine in 16.

Lebron, Westbrook and Kyrie are distinct, along with KD's.. but that hitch really kills the realism

It's insane how well face scanning works in this game. My face scan looks like a developer created cyberface. Unreal!

EA needs to use that face scanning for all of its sports games. Why they don't is beyond me.

I'm going to disagree that the signature jumpers aren't in. These look official to me.
