Still a persistent ongoing problem. I have tried everything. I had originally downloaded the game from a NZ account so I deleted it and redownloaded from the U.S. store. Next I deleted my saved files from the NZ version and deleted some things to free up about an extra 100Gb of space just in case. Finally I created another player under a different account thinking my original account's upload may have been tied to the NZ account but it is the same thing.
I am playing on the ps4 pro though, and am wondering if the pro version and og ps4 version are not communicating with each other properly. But then again I think someone said it was happening to them on the xbox as well. I live in the North East territory in rural New England but still have a fast ping. Does this game use dedicated servers or peer to peer? Hopefully the Devs are aware of these issues.
