Franchise - Unable to start first game

I'm trying to start a franchise, and trying to advance to the first game, I'm stuck on the loading screen. Been over five minutes now.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm on XB1.

Yup. I had the same issue. I gave up after a few minutes

Yea. I've had the game installed for a while. I'm able to load the franchise and do everything in the menu, but after I select the uniforms and advance, the loading screens just stay there indefinitely.

it happened to me when i tried before the entire game downloaded. After it did, it worked perfectly.

I pre-ordered the game last week. It downloaded then, so I don't think that's the issue. I'll try later though

I believe ea access stuff comes with a few bugs. Madden froze/crashed a ton before day one patch stuff

Can you play offline? Might need to do that if it is possible when testing Franchise mode.

Thanks but no thanks EA for making me play online ranked HEAD2HEAD for the 4th time and thanks for forcing me to purchase NBA 2K18 just for MYLEAGUE.. Damn shame!!!


PS As much as I enjoy NBA LIVE 18 and everything y'all did over the summer, with every grain of my basketball knowledge, I hope y'all sell 2 copies including mine... Thanks OPERATION SPORTS for changing things up for these guys but they did it again! I'm out...

Game is 100 percent doesn't work

Reinstalling to see if that works

Does the ea access nba live 18 trial come with the day one patch. If not then the day one patch may correct some of the bugs pre patch.

Good point. I had the game pre-installed since I pre-ordered, but I was not prompted to download an update.

Was a day one patch announced though? I know they're to be expected now, but I don't recall seeing anything about it.
