Game freezes and crashing at play now and franchise

Every time I start a play now or franchise it's crashing . Freezes then restarts . I tired reinstalling and reset but no luck anyone else

One guy said to delete the profile and save files for nba live 18 and then his started working. Maybe delete the live 18 demo if you have that downloaded so there is no confusion with the full game if that doesnt work.

Try this

GO to settings
Then system
Then storage
Then manage storage
Hit a and select view contents
Find nba live 18
Hit the start button or whatever it's called. The little one on the right middle of controller
Select Manage game
Select saved data and delete the profile saved data and the reserved space data

I believe you lose any progress made on the trial but I can confirm you keep any progress made in demo

tried all these even went on a new user name and paid the 5$ for ea access and had new profile and deleted the game re installed and having same issue . ill try and delete the demo and see if that helps at all thanks

Same problem essentially, even after clearing the data files. Everytime I try to play a franchise game it just loads and loads and loads...

Closing the game and clearing the reserved data got me access to Franchise.

I know this is going to sound dumb but ppl with the infinite load problem in franchise do you use a face scan for your player in the one?

I couldn't load franchise games till I deleted my save data and played about 5 games no problem.

I then realized that when I deleted my save data that my face scan was gone so I reloaded it on my guy and boom, couldn't load franchise games anymore.

I deleted my saved game file again and I can now play franchise games again.

Like I said that probably sounds crazy but i tried it again. If I add my face scan I can't load franchise games lol.

You appear to be on the solution. I went in and changed my player to a stock head/face and franchise started working, without even deleting the files this time. Thanks for the suggestion.

They gotta fixed this freezing problem was playing a 12 min franchise with my wolves then game froze in the second quarter there has to be a perminate fixed for this ASAP
