It's in Goodman League, with the League Commissioner. It starts like this: "It was great to see you get the chance to really shine here at Goodman..." It must be the message you receive after you beat the tournament.

I understand the one co-op challenges are meant to be played with others, but is there a way you can start it up solo? Something they could patch for those trying to get a quick game in while time allows it.

You're welcome. Speaking of Pro Am, in Dyckman Park, final match, there is an objective that requires dunking off an alley oop. My playmaker can't dunk (even though he has basic dunks equipped in animations), so this objective is impossible for me. In my opinion, lay ups off alley oops should also count for this objective. After all, other objectives count both lay ups and dunks, why not this one too.
