Problem with new patch update..

After updating the new patch 1.04 I still have kyrie on the Cavs, Wade with bulls and carmelo with NY etc.. none of the rosters got updated..Does anyone know what I can do to get the new update with roster? I even uninstalled the game.

yes full game/disc it says 1.04 is installed yet the rosters are still not correct

I dont know if this has anything to do with it but when i turn on my ps4 and the main screen appears it gives a brief message saying cannot connect to network- 31294-9 yet I am connected to network with internet & when i run the test it says successful! I wonder if restarting my router box would help

It probably means the EA Sports network. When you get that error, try hitting triangle (I think) to manually connect to their servers. The latch won’t include roster updates; those download when the game hits the main screen and you connect to their servers.

I think so. It should prompt you to create one if you don’t already have one.

I dont, so maybe thats the problem why i didnt get the roster update then..Ill try creating one and see if that solves the problem. Thanks again EL
