When shooting free throws the game freezes

After I shoot the FT the ball hits the ground, no one picks it up and the ball just sits there on the ground. The game isn't frozen but no one picks the ball up. U cant simulate past this or anything, u just have to end the game. Happens every game in franchise. Anyone else have this happen?

yep, you have to start a new franchise, its corrupted. Same thing happened to me

Im in year 2032 so Im not gonna start over. Its wird because now it seems to come and go. I went 15 games without it happening, but then it does it 5 games in a row.

Same thing is happening in The League during my second season. I’m 3 games in and it freezes any time the CPU gets to the line with a generated player. Pretty ridiculous that EA still hasn’t addressed this issue.
