They need to make the midrange game more like nba live 14, but yes the midrange game have
Improved a lot since the game came out, especially
In the one mode. it really depends on how you defend the computer.

There is no mid-range game from the cpu. From my experience with the game the CPU only takes mid-range shots if the shot clock is expiring and they have no choice or you just leave them completely wide open which even then they may still drive.

the CPU takes a good amount of midrange shoes in the one mode, it does need more consistency in play now mode, but in from update to update it seems to change in both play now and the one mode

Was this fixed in the last patch. Do they take mid range jumpers. The cpu.

That's a definite yes for me! Then again, I had reasonable success getting the cpu to engage in the mid-range game prior to the patch. However, it's clear to me that the cpu is now programmed to more proactively shoot mid-range shots (more step-backs, kickouts, spin faders, pick and rolls, etc) with the end results showing a bit more total mid-range shots when reviewing the shot chart at the end of games.

Agree I’m seeing more variety in the shot selection. I’ve seen some offensive rebounds kicked out for 3s too.

The mid-range game has left the real NBA...so EA is just simulating the real thing.

On a more serious note, I cannot even get my mid-range game going. If I create space on the elbow, I rarely hit the open shot, regardless of who I'm using.

I have actually seen the mid-range game re-appear since the tuner update.
