I know I might be in the minority here but I really hope that they pay attention to franchise mode as oppose to putting all their energy into their money maker game mode the one.

So far from these videos the game looks great and im hoping it is as good as advertised because the last live game I enjoyed was nba live 2003.

If they have a deep create a player that features somehow scanning your face for franchise available rosters I will drop my panties and make the switch from 2k

The changes to gameplay alone that they are trying to implement have me more stoked for Franchise than ever before.

Per the Devs no game will ever feel the same which is crazy cool. Will rivals change up their Defense the 2nd time they play you? If I light them up with DSJ will the CPU double him and make me run the offense through Barnes??? I may be getting ahead of myself but I think we will see something close.

All that aside Dynamic commentary will be an absolute breath of fresh air. Image playing Live 18 franchise and they start to talk about Donovan Mitchell going from 13th pick to ROY candidate and so on.

I also read on twitter how immersive the new celebrations are. You can flick the right analog and celebrate with the crowd, taught, etc. Mix all of this with in with RPM and each game is going to have its own dynamic element in it even if they do not touch anything else.

It's time to push for the Playoffs with my Mavs and I can not wait!

Definitely need full roster customizing I like playing with player lock but from what I read thats not in the game. Guess I’ll stick to 2k for now

Hate to be that guy but from previous experience of how EA Live leaks there info, If they haven’t mentioned anything bout franchise now 100% chance it wasn’t even touched hope I’m wrong but dout it.

Agreed.

I doubt they touched much. BUT....the improvements they have made to make each game dynamic is excellent and could really improve the mode in itself. They are using a lot of Madden stuff this year so hope to see some of those changes brought over into franchise. My gut tells me 2020 will be the year we get more for us Franchise guys.

I doubt they touched much. BUT....the improvements they have made to make each game dynamic is excellent and could really improve the mode in itself. They are using a lot of Madden stuff this year so hope to see some of those changes brought over into franchise. My gut tells me 2020 will be the year we get more for us Franchise guys.

Ya man sucks cause I followed to series long enough to know Franchise mode hasn’t truly been touched or been a focus since 2005 which is sad. Once again hope I’m wrong cause I really want play a season using WNBA teams.

Warning - don't but NBA Live 19 if you are planning on playing mostly in Franchise Mode. Wait and see if they fixed it... the mode did not have any Trade A.I. If that matters, then you will be absolutely frustrated. No team to team trading removes a lot of the in-season drama. And you could not see scores of any other team's game until the week you are playing in was completed.

I don't know man. The dynamic commentary, no game being the same, and Live arena will be an absolute treat for me.

Sure. At the end of the day, all the improvements will entice me to try out the game. But, then when I'm just drooling to start a season with a team, there's just something missing when you don't have trades and A.I. teams making roster moves. I love THE ONE, but it just isn't where I wanted to invest my time.

I love THE ONE, but it just isn't where I wanted to invest my time.

I guess it’s just the Sega in me. I personally prefer no movement and the teams to stay as they are on the current season. I 100% want depth. I hope they add to the mode. I guess I am just keeping my expectation low for Franchise so I’m not disappointed.

At this moment if all they add to the mode is the new features I will be happy as long as they perform as advertised.

I don't expect them to invest too much in Franchise anytime soon, they said their going after the younger generation which means more investment in online superstar modes like The One.

I am not very optimistic about Franchise mode, as it hasn't even been mentioned. Not even "Franchise information coming soon.".

I loved last years game. It was such a breath of fresh air. The new things that they are talking about fixing sound great but man the franchise was awful! They could make it tons better with just some really small tweaks too. I hope they give it at least a little love.

One thing I NEED to have in franchise mode is in depth and comprehensive stat tracking like 2K. The illusion of a realistic and dynamic game world is shattered for me if I can't see players and teams history. I've been so accustomed to the quick and easy to access player and team profiles filled with info in 2K that I just can't live without it.

If EA implement an ESPN like site or in game app that lets you look up anything then that will go a long way to getting me on board.
