I'm signed in to EA and my email account for the app is the same. Right before I click on the the picture of the phone with the gamerface to the right, it says downloading scan but when I click on it, it takes me to another screen where it shows the process of how to scan your face and my only option is to press B. Not really sure what else I should be doing.Comment

I did for sure. There is only one email address I use for EA but I guess it's possible I used a different one last year for some reason.
But when I first booted up the game, I was never asked to log in. I was already logged in and when I try to look at my profile in game, I don't see an option to view the email address.
I'll try logging out and seeing if that might work. Won't be able to until late tonight.

My only issue is that for whatever reason I can't access the email address I used for EA last year.
The companion app has an email address I use all the time.
The game is using an email address I haven't used in years and my backup email address is fake as far as I can tell. Can't access either. I don't know what I was doing last year.
So I'm trying to change my EA account in Live but see no option to do so and going to the EA / Origin account online is proving difficult to accomplish as well.
