Oh ok I was about to say, so two years straight we can't edit players in franchise mode? This sucks I didn't like the fact I had to edit players in the main menu before I started my franchise instead of being able to edit players at the start of the season in franchise mode. This is very disappointing!! Does anyone know if roster sharing will be allowed this year?

Damn. I was looking forward to getting the game. This and no player lock in franchise may make me re-think that decision. Unfortunate.

It was reported in the NBA Live Launch event interview with Ryan Santos.

It is correct. No editing within franchise mode. Editing outside of franchise is still available.

Deal breaker...period point blank. How can you be in the year 2018 and not allow player editing in your franchise mode?

Really sad they have put little attention to adding to Franchise.

This is why Live needs to be on PC so people can edit and do all kinds of magical stuff.

It's very odd that they keep this out, especially after the backlash from last year's release having no player editing at all for launch.

Just hope that Franchise isn't just copy & paste from last year.

I was thinking this too but then I realized the problem would be that someone would have to figure out how to mod it and make tools to use. I’m just not sure if Live would have a very big modding community.

Didn't they update or patch the game to finally include Franchise editing last year? Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Wow... I have the game pre-ordered for only $35 dollars. I don't think it's even worth that NOW... As an offline guy who strictly plays NBA basketball I have no reason to even keep the preorder... MAJOR mistake by the Live team. I was so excited for this game... Now? I'm extremely disappointed... Deal breaker. This must be why they haven't given us anything on Franchise mode. Because there is NOTHING to even discuss... I'm so disgusted...

There's really not much to say, they've made their choice about what areas they are going to focus their resources on in their attempt to resurrect the series. We'll see if that works out for them.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

I thought Sean Graddy said all areas got some love this year how? Well there goes my pre order. Come on EA why didn't you tell us fans sooner.
