I have tried over 50 times to scan my face, but I get error rescan again. Any tips I'm in great lighting

Delete and reinstall. If you’re in great lighting there should be no reason why it’s not working

Do you have a beard or moustache? I have a beard and hadn’t trimmed my mustache in awhile so my facial hair hung over my mouth a bit. I think the mechanic couldn’t figure out where my lips were. Couldn’t get a scan. Trimmed my mustache and it worked every time after that.

Do you guys put the white line right up to the outline of your face? When I do this then turn my head it says rescan. I have deleted and reinstalled already.

Make sure that, as you're turning your head, your face stays inside that white area, including your nose. Also make sure you're turning slowly, and keep your head as level as possible.
