All you have to is increase the game speed to 90. That’s it. From there you’ll get smoother animations, better passing, and more attempted 3s by the cpu.

Played this for the first time in many months and this does actually help.
Shame there is no fix for lack of spacing and the CPU up in your grill on every jump shot..

You just have to decrease every player’s defensive attributes. Nba live has them too high. I use rashidi’s 2k formula on nba live and it actually works fine.

No I don’t I just screenshot the ratings from 2K20 and put them into NBA Live 19. A lot of extra work but the results are worth it.

The rule is: never ever play with EA's default rosters. It will never let the game shine. No matter how good the game is, EA will always make it worse with their rosters.

If you have the time to edit and experiment, you will be rewarded. I play Live 18 and love it! I've edited about 80% of the teams and it plays great NBA basketball.

Same thing worked for me with 19, but then EA decided to ruin it with the last updates. Switched to 18 and never looked back.
