Pre-game player introductions?

How do I get the announcer to introduce my players. When I first started my season they did it, but I have not seen this in a minute

During the warmups you are supposed to press start. Sometimes it wont work though..

I changed the starting lineup in the pre-game section once and my starters were introduced. I wondered about the same thing, too, before trying it one day.
