Alright, don't unzip the file, save the zip file onto your desktop or where you may perfer to save it, then open the action replay program and drag the zip file from the location you saved it into the PC Database window in the Action Replay program

OK listen up bros there is a program/attachment within the file that must be deleted first to load onto the AR from your desk top if thats the method you're using.

It is the....datelinfo.xbx...delete that progam/attachment in order to load the file "IT MUST BE DELETED" in order to use the file.

Do this by opening up all the folders and looking for that particular program/attachment,they are in the folders within the file.

      1. Open the file and delete the datelinfo.xbx attachments they are for used by codejunkies for their data base so you must delete/remove them.

2.After you have removed that attachment drag the file to your AR MEMORY side and it should load.

      NOTE:
It has been reported and documented that some problems have been encountered with the use of the cards that came with the AR a remendy for this has been advised to use MICROSOFT MEMORY cards...keep this in mind if all eles fails.

Make sure your pc is able to load/open zip files as these are for XBOX use only files and won't work for ps2 thats another story.

I know that but that's not the problem he's having, he's trying to unzip the roster file and manually put it in the Action Replay Directory

What do you mean unzip its a zip file thats all with attachments that must be removed I'm not following you on this all zip files function the same its the information contained within the folders that inhibit its use not the zip file itself.

I have created folders for almost every sports file here at OS and its growing and they all function the same as zip files, also I've DL codejunkies files and they don't load exactly the same not needing anything removed because they use the datelinfo.xbx attachments for the codejunkies.com community.

Maybe I'm missing something here but I've never had a problem here at OS or any other site when it comes to DL's so please explain what the problem is maybe I can help and assist.

What he's doing is he's downloading the roster file and saving it, after he saves it he is unzipping all the files and trying to place them in the Action Replay directory, this is not how the directory is set up to work, the Action Replay program reads zip files and then reads the files within the zip, so when he unzips all the files and places them in the Action Replay saves folder it's not showing up. I was trying to explain to him to save the downloaded zip file to the desktop where it's easy to get to and open the Action Replay program, then click on the zip file that is saved on the desktop and drag it to either the memory card or PC database sections.

I'm not saying he's wrong what he posted above is 100 % correct, but he's not understanding what I'm trying to say, the guy is not having a problem loading the file in game, he's having trouble loading it in the Action Replay program itself.

Here is the original message :

i just got an action replay and i cant get the file to show up on the "PC Database" menu. I saved the file, unzipped it with the wrar program but it wont show up on the list.
